Today I'm heading out to Philidelphia...Yeah...This should be good...My flight will arrive there at around 6:00 AM Saturday morning East Coast time. This is gonna be so rad...All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go...I'm standing here outside...Oh wait...That's that I'm leaving on a Jet Plane song...Uhmmm...But yeah...I am ready to go. hehehehe...I'M SOOOOOO FRIGG'N STOKED RIGHT NOW!!!! I'm planning on so many trips this summer...San Diego I don't know how many times...But then I'm always over there...Then there's San Fran, Santa Cruz, basically the whole bay area, Colorado, a road trip from Nor Cal to So Cal...Yeah...Shooooot...I have plans to be traveling some where everymonth until the end of the year!!!! Man...And today is the starter of all my trips. Yeah...Anyone wanna join?!?!

It's been a while...I feel like my last two journals started that same way! LOL...Anyways...Uhmmm...I don't know what to write really. Yesterday I took like a 12 hour sleep, and that was nice. I didn't get to eat for about 24 hours, and that sucked...Maybe that's why I don't feel to good today. Hmmmm...Maybe. Right now I'm just designing a sewer system for a new subdivision, and that's fun...I guess. How's everyone else doing?

Hmmm...I don't know...I moved back to YUMA, ARIZONA!!! What else...I got a new tattoo, it's a japanese peice that goes over the right side of my ribs. What else...Hmmm...I think I might have found my future cruiser! It's a 1950 Ford Shoebox! I'm soooo stoked. :-) Uhmmm...That's about it for now. :-)

10:37 am - Past weekend in Fresno...

You know...It's been about 10 years since my last visit to Fresno, and back then I just remembered that it was boring, and that's what everyone was telling me it was gonna be like...I was up there this past weekend, and I had a blast!! I went to the "mall" with some family & my bro-in-law, and me being the-not-so-shy-guy...Just started talking to people and finding out where were the places that we needed to be...I never got a specific place, but was told by a few people the Tower District...So my bro-in-law, one uncle, and myself roll on out there, and hit it up...Man...It was popp'n that Saturday night!! I mean parking was crazy to find...Had a blast and got quite a bit faded...Anyways...I was there from Friday to Sunday...Had a blast each day...So what's all the complaining about Fresno?!

3:36 pm - Hootenanny, The Reverend Horton Heat, and Detroit Cobras

Hmmm...Where to begin?
Friday after work I decided to go and watch Spiderman 2 on my own...Basically what I do every Friday after work. :-P And then I went home and chilled, and then went down to the Morena Club for a while, and chilled there with a few homies...Good times.
Then Saturday I didn't get up all that early...My boy Danny woke me up with a call saying he didn't get his Hootenanny ticket after all!!! I was kinda bummed out though...Cuz we were supposed to roll up together. So I slept some more, and then I went to pick him up, and we went to Ticket master, and bought a ticket for him...ALl was good. Then we took off to the Irvince area to attend the Hootenanny. It was real chill...I saw some really ill cars out there...Made me want to hurry up on my car hunt. Saw all the bands play, and thought that some of them could have been better, but I was still happy with it. I was surprised that I didn't really run into anyone I knew that was gonna be there...Oh well...I wasn't really wondering around all that much, so I guess it was my own doing. After that my boy Danny drove back to SD, but stopped off in Carlsbad to eat at Claim Jumpers...My boy works the bar at that one, and so we were just chill'n with him and enjoying some good food and drink. a couple of really couple people came in, that were regulars, and he introduced us to them, and so we had some more conversation with the folks...I overheard one of them talking about how they were gonna see the Reverend Horton Heat play the next day, and I was taken back, cuz I didn't know they were gonna be playing. So I started talking with them some more, and told them I had to get me a ticket...Cuz I wasn't gonna miss the Rev...Although I had just seen him at Hoot...But that set didn't do them any justice. Ended up dropping Danny off, and headed down to the Morena Club for a bit, and chilled with the owner and some other homies again...Pretty chill as always.
Sunday was even more relaxed...Slept the entire morning, and then later that evening went to a BBQ...After that I drove down to Solana Beach and by chance...I was able to get a ticket for the Rev...But it wasn't until I was there that I was in for another treat...Detroit Cobras opened up for the Rev...I was so stoked! Well I found that couple that I had met the night before, and they invited me to sit with them...They had this awesome spot on the side of the stage...So cool...And so I sat with them, drank with them, and then after all was said and down they invited me to a future BBQ. So I'm pretty stoked, cuz they were really cool folks.
After that I went home, and slept. :-)
Monday came around, and I just chilled completely...Saw Shrek 2, and then chilled at home, and watched a few movies there...Went to Marina's house and chilled there with a few homies and my future room-mate...Went home and slept very nicely. :-)

OK...So I've seen a few movies recently.
The Chronicles of Riddick;
Around the World in 80 Days;
Dodgeball;
and White Chicks.
I liked the Chronicles, but yet felt it was lacking in something...Haven't quite figured out what it is yet...I don't know about anyone else, but at the end it SOOOO reminded me of Conan the Barbarian...I mean...Even how he was sitting at the end...Exactly like how Conan was sitting...I don't know...Maybe it's just me...But...If you liked Pitch Black, like I did, then I'm sure you'll get a kick from this flick.
Around the World had cool stunts a laughable dialog and some cool guest apperances, but I probably wouldn't watch it again. It just wasn't enough for me to recommend it as a must see, or a possible buy.
Dodgeball...Hmmm...Ben Stiller with a mad-dog handle-bar mustache...That's enough to want to go watch it. Aside from that it wasn't much of a story, but it was hillarious! A definate must.
White Chicks...This was off the hinges. I thought some of the acting by Marlon Wayans could have used some sprusing, but due to laughing so much you'll probably not notice. A definate must see as well, maybe a double viewing? Nahhhh.

11:59 am - Sickness and a baby...The pain was canceled with joy!

OK...This weekend I was so frigg'n sick that I had to go to the doctor...It straight up sucked. I have tonsilitis again...I'm getting pretty sick of this...I'm probably gonna just get them cut out. But it freaks me out cuz I was reading up on getting them removed, and it was saying the older you get the more dangerous the procedure is! Like people have bled to death from having them removed...I'm sure that's a rare thing to happen, but if it's still pretty freaky.
But I do have good news...My sister had her baby this Saturday past!!! I'm so stoked. I want to go Arizona to see the new young'n, but I have to wait until I'm no longer sick. :-( I can't wait till I can play with the little guy! My Dad was telling me how my niece is already getting jealous of him! Now I bet she won't be so mean anymore! HAHAHA...But I'm gonna miss that...I was so proud of her when she got banned from day-care! :-D
